Tiburon Buys Total Enforcement RMS, CAD Products (7/6/12)
Tiburon and a portfolio company of The Gores Group acquired the Total Enforcement (TE) technology suite from its parent company, Total Computer Software. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Total Enforcement is an automated law enforcement records management and CAD system. As part of the transaction, all Total Enforcement employees will join Tiburon and remain in their current location in Melville, N.Y.

“Total Enforcement is a strategic complement to Tiburon’s product offerings in records management system (RMS) and CAD,” said Michael Bealmear, president and CEO of Tiburon. “The TE RMS solution offers uncompromised functionality, simplicity and enterprise scalability, and extends our reach in a significant way. The CAD is a great offering as well and is well suited for some untapped, nontraditional markets we’re interested in pursuing.”
