Everbridge Holdings completed the voluntary offer to acquire the entire issued share capital of Unified Messaging Systems. Payment of the offer price is being made to the UMS shareholders who accepted the offer. At the same time, 184.7 million tendered shares are being transferred to Everbridge. As a result, Everbridge now holds 186.4 million shares, representing about 94.2 percent of the total shares in UMS, on a fully diluted basis.

The FCC provided guidance to commercial mobile radio service (CMRS) providers on filing certifications of compliance with the three-year E9-1-1 location accuracy benchmark as required by the commission’s rules.
