U.K.-based APD Communications announced that the Romanian Ministry of Admin and Interior (MOAI) has deployed more than 1,000 INCA resource and tracking devices. MOAI, which acts on behalf of the police, fire, and ambulance service, initially installed 60 INCA solutions, and the deployment has reached 1,000 during the past three years. Emergency services vehicles, including cars, bikes, and vans, have been equipped with the GPS-based devices that provide accurate information to office staff about the status and location of their resources, improving the dispatch process.
