The FCC issued a notice of violation to the Beaumont Independent School District in Texas for operating on non-narrowbanded stations. The FCC said during an inspection it found that some of the district’s transmitters haven’t been updated to comply with the VHF and UHF 12.5-kilohertz bandwidth limitations.
