Digital Dispatch appointed several new members to its executive team. George Lipski joins Digital Dispatch as the new vice president of research and development. Cliff Snelling is Digital Dispatch's new vice president of marketing and product management. Raymond Fast is the president of the application service provider (ASP) division of Digital Dispatch. In addition, David Wang, chief technology officer, and Stephen Spiro, vice president of operations, recently announced their resignations from Digital Dispatch to pursue other interests.
