Israeli Air Force Selects Ceragon Technology (1/23)
Tuesday, January 23, 2007 | Comments
The Israeli Air Force (IAF) is expanding its core network with Ceragon Networks' secure wireless communication solution. The order received is valued at $1 million with additional orders expected, Ceragon officials said. Ceragon's broadband wireless links have been used by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) since 2003 in areas where there is no fiber optics reach and as a cost-effective alternative to existing leased lines. The contract expands the use of Ceragon's solutions to the IAF.
