Quintron said its DICES communications system was used during the recent Delta II rocket launch, providing the audio integration for command-center operations. "Quintron has supported Vandenberg Air Force Base since the Delta II launch in 1997," said David Wilhite, vice president of Quintron's telecommunications systems division. "With the newly formed United Launch Alliance, we are in a unique position as a solutions provider for both Delta and Atlas launch vehicles to support numerous upcoming critical launch operations on both coasts."
