National Interop announced David Chamberlain as the company’s new president. Chamberlain will work closely with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) David Billstrom and clients at public-safety agencies. Chamberlain was most recently chief information officer for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the world's largest charitable private foundation, where he managed the information technology (IT) infrastructure.
