IJIS Institute Plans Benefit Dinner for Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Fund

The IJIS Institute will host the 6th Annual Badge & Tech Benefit & Awards Dinner Jan. 20 in Arlington, Virginia. Proceeds of the Benefit will be donated to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s law enforcement officers and to promoting officer safety.

Craig Floyd, chairman and CEO of NLEOMF, will represent the memorial fund at the benefit and be the event’s special guest speaker. “I look forward to sharing this special evening with the IJIS Institute and its guests in support of law enforcement and other first responders who work hard to keep our communities safe,” Floyd said.

The keynote speaker will be Vince Talucci, executive director of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Amazon Web Services (AWS) will be the presenting sponsor for the benefit.

The dinner is held in conjunction with the IJIS Institute National Symposium from Jan. 20 – 21. Register at the IJIS Institute website.

IJIS Institute is a nonprofit organization that focuses on mission-critical information sharing and safeguarding for justice, public safety and homeland security.
