Rivada Receives Patents in U.S., Mexico, Australia

Rivada Networks was awarded additional patents for its dynamic spectrum arbitrage technology in Mexico and Australia. It also received another patent for its e-LBS technology in the United States.

U.S. Patent No. 14/963,989 - Method and System for Providing Enhanced Location Based Information for Wireless Handsets enables handsets to triangulate their location relative to each other, providing high levels of accuracy in three dimensions.

Mexican Patent No. MX/a/2015/012214 - Dynamic Spectrum Arbitrage was awarded in Mexico, and Australian Patent No. 2014274387 was also granted.

“These new awards are another step forward for our ever-expanding intellectual property portfolio,” said Rivada Chief Scientist Clint Smith. “As we continue to innovate and improve our core technology, the opportunities for a new world of shared networks and innovation continue to grow.”
