Hytera received a nationwide Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) trunked network contract from the Attorney General of Indonesia, also called Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia, to upgrade its obsolete analog trunking system.

According to the contract, the first phase of the project will be deployed to cover Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, and deliver a total solution including DMR trunked base stations, handheld radios and management software.

“The existing analog trunking system has revealed its weakness more and more, as the country’s justice departments develop,” said Project Manager Pak Sony Kusumo. “In order to secure daily mission and make sure everything is under control, the customer needs more modernized facilities to reinforce their ability. Hytera has been acting fast and working closely to bring the reliable and advanced communication solution.”

Attorney General of Indonesia is a government institution that exercises independent state power, especially the execution of duties and authorities in the field of prosecution and investigation and prosecution of corruption crimes and gross violations of human rights and other authorities under the law.
