Federal Engineering Gains Contract in Nevada
Monday, April 23, 2018 | Comments

Washoe County, a growing region located in northwest Nevada, awarded Federal Engineering a contract to provide project management and technical support during contract negotiations with the selected vendor for a new LMR network.

“Federal Engineering will provide the county with experienced contract negotiations support,” said Quinn Korbulic, IT manager, regional services and the Washoe County project manager. “Because of their dealings with radio system vendors on a regular basis, they have insights into vendors’ negotiation methods and practices and can assist us in resolving differences.”

The consulting firm will participate in communications and other activities between Washoe County and the selected vendor and provide technical support throughout the negotiation and contracting process. Federal Engineering will also review the selected vendor’s final technical and pricing documentation.
