PMRExpo Designates 3 Conference Days as Secure Communications Summit

PMRExpo, a European convention for secure communications based in Cologne, Germany, announced three conference days will be designated as Secure Communications Summit with a focus on command-and-control centers on the third day. The event will be held 24 – 29 November.

The program will be supplemented by the symposium Secure Communications for the Energy Industry, as well as professional forums with varying topics every day. The two-day career program for students and young professionals will expand and enable the direct exchange between companies and young professionals.

“By changing the names, we want to address the increasing consolidation of professional mobile radio (PMR) and control centers, but also other applications, devices and infrastructures for secure communications. The term “summit” speaks to our international and German visitors alike,” said Dr. Klaus Hütten, chairman of the PMeV.

All presentations will be interpreted into German or English during all three conference days.
