Most recently, Moore worked for Rivada Networks. In 2013, Moore retired as chief of police in San Jose, California. In 1999, Moore was selected as a White House Fellow and served as counsel to U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno. In 2004, he was selected as a Fulbright fellow and studied police accountability at New Scotland Yard and the London School of Economics.
