Hytera Mobilfunk made telent its first bronze partner, enabling telent to take its first step in the Hytera Mobilfunk Partner Enabling Program (PEP).

The new program is designed to strengthen Hytera Mobilfunk’s business relationships with its partners and respond to the everchanging needs of professional mobile radio (PMR), public security, private Long Term Evolution (LTE) and the internet of things (IoT) market.

“Together we want to boost customer satisfaction and grow in a profitable way,” said Frank Pauer, deputy chief sales officer (CSO) of Hytera Mobilfunk. “We want to realize our corporate vision together with our partners and become the world's most significant provider of communications solutions and services such as mission critical. The Partner Enabling Program aims to provide our partners with valuable assistance in selling our high-tech, high-quality communications solutions.”

To be awarded bronze certification, staff at telent had to complete an extensive training program that was individually tailored to their business area and focused on customer benefits throughout. As part of the program, telent benefits from regular refresher sessions and added extras.

The aim of the program is to certify all of Hytera's partners to bronze level by the end of the year. In the future, companies will be required to have bronze partner status before they are allowed to sell Hytera products and solutions.

“This will ensure that all our partners have the same in-depth knowledge. This will not just make our partners happier, but will play another crucial role in making our customers happier too,” said Nadine Dublasiewicz, growth manager at Hytera Mobilfunk and head of the PEP.
