Clark County, Nevada, sent a letter to selected resort high-rise hotels in Las Vegas requiring they perform public-safety radio coverage testing and provide a written report to the Clark County Fire Chief’s office no later than Jan. 1.
The report should include plans to require that existing buildings have in-building public-safety radio coverage by July 1, 2020, the Safer Buildings Coalition (SBC) said.
The letter from Clark County Fire Chief Greg Cassell is here.
