The IJIS Institute added Diane Ragans to its staff. She will serve as the IJIS Institute’s director of strategic initiatives, helping the organization to build membership and increase value for the member base.

Ragans has more than 30 years of experience in criminal justice, homeland security and security risk programs. Prior to coming to IJIS, Ragans was a vice president in the Security Risk Management practice area at Hillard Heintze.
