Baycom acquired Infinity Wireless, a wireless communications provider in Maple Grove, Minnesota. With this acquisition, Baycom will expand its operations into Minnesota and will provide a brick-and-mortar presence to serve local customers with Baycom’s full array of voice, video and data solutions.

Infinity Wireless is a wireless communications provider in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area, offering Motorola Solutions two-way radio equipment and services, mesh network products and services, bidirectional amplifiers and various other wireless solutions.

Robert Dillon, Baycom president, said the move complements Baycom’s 2017 expansion into Minnesota with its Panasonic line of rugged laptops and in-car video products. During coming months, Infinity Wireless will fully integrate into Baycom and be re-branded as Baycom. In the meantime, Infinity Wireless will continue to provide its current suite of equipment and services in addition to new product offerings such as video surveillance, access control, rugged laptops, and in-car video solutions.
