Spanish mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) company Genaker hired Peter Clemons, founder of consulting firm Quixoticity as its global adviser, as the company looks to expand internationally.

Based in Barcelona, Genaker was founded in 2003 by Nokia research and development (R&D) executives and engineers to focus on broadband PTT. The company focuses on delivering solutions aligned with Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) mission-critical to everything (MCX) standards.

Genaker is a member of TCCA, has taken part in and will continue to take part in the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) MCX Plugtests, and received funding from European Union’s Horizon 2020 program.

Genaker and Quixoticity are joining forces to help accelerate the development and deployment of next-generation solutions.
