The Genesis Group appointed Paul Miller as chief operating officer (COO), a new position within Genesis. Miller’s previous role of vice president of operations has continued to expand during his seven years at Genesis.

“Paul is a trusted and seasoned leader who consistently delivers results,” said Phil Burks, Genesis CEO. “He has built an impressive track record of strategic and operational accomplishments as well as making a huge impact on the Genesis culture. As we continue to grow, Paul’s experience leading teams, driving process and ensuring our customers remain the focus of our business decisions will also continue to be invaluable.”

Miller will assume responsibility for software development, quality control, product management, accounting, information technology and human resources. He will also be responsible for the alignment and prioritization of company investments and ensuring operational excellence across the company.

Miller joined Genesis in 2012 from Ingersoll Rand in Tyler, Texas, where he served as strategic commodity and operations manager with the residential solutions sector. Miller’s career in senior management, international supply chain, project management and cost accounting began more than 25 years ago.
