The Georgia State Patrol (GSP) and Georgia Capitol Police operate under the department. The Georgia Technology Authority is investigating the attack and shut down the departments’ computer servers and networks, reports said.
A GSP official said troopers are being dispatched by radio, but the troopers can’t use their in-vehicle laptops.
