Hytera Supplies TETRA Network for Tajikistan Event
Wednesday, September 18, 2019 | Comments

Hytera provided security with professional communications equipment and technical services for a ceremony in honor of the 28th anniversary of the republic of Tajikistan’s independence and the start of operation of the second unit of the Rogun hydroelectric power station 9 September.

Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon attended and spoke at the event, so secure communications was essential. Hytera supplied a TETRA private network, which had plenty of network capacity and low frequency resource requirements. The system’s coverage was expanded by each base station’s multiple diversity reception. TETRA also has a high encryption level to provide a safer communications method.

The event ended with a concert and a fireworks. Hytera’s Major Event Security System (MESS) provided the pre-event scheme, route planning and security scenes to prevent emergencies. The Hytera Visual Command System (VCS) provided dispatchers a comprehensive view of incident status and available resources to make accurate decisions and rapid response. The Hytera Professional Unified Communication (PUC) platform supported interconnection and unified voice dispatch across the TETRA private network and local closed-circuit television (CCTV).
