Clear-Com strengthened its military, aerospace and government (MAG) sales team in North America with two experienced sales professionals.

The company appointed Patricia Griffin as director of government solutions, and Lou Ann Roberts will take over the role of business development manager to support and further extend MAG sales in the United States.

“Clear-Com’s considerable reputation for secure, robust and reliable solutions for MAG projects will only be further enhanced by the appointment of Pat and Lou Ann, two women with unmatched market experience and deep understanding of its unique requirements,” said Chris Willis, vice president of sales, Clear-Com. “We are pleased to welcome them to the Clear-Com team.”

Griffin has more than 35 years of experience in aircraft and avionic system design, executive management, and sales. Prior to joining Clear-Com, Griffin held key positions at leading companies including Astronics, Teradyne, GE and McDonnell Douglas. Her track record in marketing, business development, and sales management reveals a solid reputation for understanding client needs at all levels of the organization. She holds four degrees: two undergraduate degrees in mathematics/physics and behavioral science, a graduate degree in psychology and a doctorate in psychology.

“I’m proud to be joining an organization with world class communication products that are designed to meet the exacting needs of the MAG market,” Griffin said. “With my contacts and industry knowledge gained over many years, I am looking forward to extending Clear-Com’s reach in this sector.”

Roberts brings a high level of expertise in a variety of factory and customer-facing field roles predominately in the MAG sector, including with companies such as Aeroflex, GenRad, Tektronix, VT Miltope and Raytheon Missile Systems. She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

“Clear-Com’s record of leadership and innovation is second to none, and I’m excited to use my skills and experience to introduce these exceptional communication solutions to new areas of the industry,” Roberts said.
