The new ADR includes two new sections. The first section outlines procedures for rebanding licensees that have a dispute with Sprint regarding their reconfiguration as of Dec. 16. The new procedures are outlined in the updated process document and are meant to streamline rebanding.
The second new section outlines mediation of disputes involving change notices. The new FCC rules were part of an October order and sixth further notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM). The new TA ADR is here.
