NENA’s PSAP Registry Enters First Stable Release
Friday, March 20, 2020 | Comments

The National Emergency Number Association (NENA) announced that the new enhanced public-safety answering point (PSAP) registry and census (EPRC) service completed its beta period and enters its first stable release. The EPRC provides the ability to find 24x7 call transfer information for any PSAP in the United States and its territories.

The EPRC, first announced last year, completely replaces the legacy NENA PSAP registry (NPR) and requires issuance of unique credentials to each NENA validated user. More details on the features and additional information is here.
