Redline to Supply Communications Network for Saudi Oil Firm
Tuesday, April 21, 2020 | Comments

Redline Communications Group and its partner Al-Rushaid Technologies were selected by one of the world’s largest oil companies to provide seamless connectivity in their vast offshore and onshore oilfields in the Saudi Arabia. The first phase of the multiyear contract is valued at more than $1 million.

This new Redline terrestrial network will complement the existing satellite-based networks and enable industrial-grade, ultrareliable, low latency, broadband connectivity to a diverse array of critical assets in the customer’s area of operations. The network will deliver significant efficiencies through digital transformation across the entire value chain and facilitate enhanced collaborative, security and safety applications.

The Redline and Al-Rushaid partnership demonstrated an ability to deliver mission-critical networks in harsh industrial environments while providing military-grade security and long-range, broadband connectivity to both fixed and mobile remote assets.

Hi Ziad it's been a long time since we last had a discussion. Not sure if you remember me but I was the project manager for Petroleum Development Oman PDO during the rollout of the wireless replacement project. As you are aware we used Redline Equipment for this network rollout to the Wells Rigs Gathering Stations Refineries. I'm presently available and have extensive knowledge of the Saudi Aramco radio network after working all over the pipeline locations throughout all rural desert locations.
Please let me know if you want to follow up this enquiry.

Regards, Brian
