Thai Hospital Signs 5G Cooperation with TRUE, Hytera
Tuesday, July 14, 2020 | Comments

Thailand Siriraj Hospital and Thailand local operator TRUE reached a 5G network strategic cooperation agreement to promote the development of an intelligent and efficient medical industry in Thailand. Hytera cooperated with TRUE to jointly develop an integrated broadband solution for the local healthcare customer.

Hytera provided the smart push-to-talk (PTT) over cellular (PoC) solution, which can efficiently support clear voice communications, video and visualized dispatch. When an accident happens, the real-time video stream can transmit to doctors in the hospital for consultation, and hospital staff can coordinate before the patient arrives.

The project can improve Thailand local medical capacities and will contribute to the sustainable upgrade of Thailand’s public healthcare sector in the future, a Hytera statement said.
