Tel Aviv’s 1-0-6 call center will now provide advanced public-safety services such as live video chat, instant chat and accurate location to provide a more efficient response and to minimize dispatch time by the city’s emergency services to more than 600,000 city residents.
“Tel Aviv is one of the smartest cities in the world,” said Amir Elichai, Carbyne’s CEO. “We are honored to be chosen to provide our platform to the city in order to provide real-time, interactive communications with its residents and the millions of tourists who visit the city every year. I am confident that our partnership with Tel Aviv will evolve into a fruitful venture that will help define the future of public safety.”
