The “Managing & Monitoring NG9-1-1 Information Document provides guidance to 9-1-1 authorities of all levels and their vendors. The document covers end-state NG 9-1-1 deployments and transitional deployments moving toward full NG 9-1-1 functionality.

The document contains information and advice and does not contain requirements or specifications. The document is separated into two sections: one for state, province or regional authorities and one for responding agency authorities like public-safety answering points (PSAP).
