“Federal Engineering has completed hundreds of similar projects and will apply our proven methodologies to Elmore County,” said Federal Engineering Senior Account Executive Jeffrey Paré.
Federal Engineering’s technical experts will interview county staff and stakeholder groups to discuss current business processes and the existing systems. The staff will then assess operational workflows and integration with external applications and databases. Federal Engineering's data collection and requirements discovery methodology will determine the needs of the county’s first responders, telecommunicators, records custodians, property clerks, command staff and detention officers. The company will then deliver an assessment report to document its findings and make appropriate recommendations.
“Federal Engineering has been assisting the County by assessing our public-safety radio infrastructure needs, and advocating changes which will better serve our citizens,” said Sergeant Michael Pray, project manager for the sheriff’s department. “We have awarded them this CAD/RMS contract based upon their outstanding efforts on the radio project and detailed understanding of our operations.”
