In the new role, Caruso is responsible for the development and management of the company’s distribution network. Before joining NexTek, Lou was sales manager with Times Microwave Systems in Wallingford, Connecticut, where he managed distribution and marketing. During his 24 years with Times, he helped the company achieve consistent and highly profitable sales growth.
Prior to Times, Lou was senior vice president of sales with Specialty Cable in Wallingford, where he led the company from a small business with limited sales to more than $11 million in annual sales. His prior experience includes director of research and development (R&D) at Triangle-PWC and technical supervisor with General Cable.
Caruso holds a bachelor of engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is the author of several technical articles and has conducted numerous wireless technology seminars.
