The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) granted one long-form application and issue 41 new priority access licenses (PAL) in the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) band.

In August 2020, the FCC completed the auction of PALs in the 3.55 – 3.65 GHz band. The auction raised $4.5 billion in net bids with 228 bidders receiving a total of 20,625.

Long-form applications of winning bidders were due at different points in 2021 and licenses were granted at different times in 2021 and 2022. The new 41 are another round of licenses in which the WTB found the applications were complete.
