More than 100 law-enforcement agencies in Texas are now using InterAct Online Records Management System (RMS), a Cloud-based solution providing affordable, anywhere, anytime access via a web browser. No special hardware or technical expertise is required, and a typical agency can sign up and begin accessing the system in as little as 14 days without needing to purchase new equipment or install any software.

“The online RMS implementation process was simple and straightforward,” said Michael Vela, chief of Palmhurst (Texas) Police Department. “The application is very user friendly, much better than some other systems that I have used in the past. This is the first system we have implemented that was up and running the day after training. We are saving a ton of money and the system is awesome! I love it!”

The Palmhurst, Penitas and Southmayd Police Departments are participants in a statewide data-sharing initiative designed to improve the effectiveness of the Texas criminal justice community by providing for the timely exchange of reliable information. InterAct Online RMS incorporates key Texas reporting and data-sharing initiatives as part of the core product.
