BearCom Buys Canada’s Vector Communications

BearCom Group, a U.S. nationwide two-way radio provider, announced the acquisition of Vector Communications, located in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Terms of the buy were not announced.

Since 1991, Vector Communications has served customers in petrochemical, commercial, construction, forestry, public safety and government municipalities. Vector provides a wide range of wireless communications solutions, including cellular and data devices, GPS tracking, portable towers, satellite phones and two-way radios.

As an authorized dealer for Motorola Solutions and JVCKENWOOD two-way radios, as well as Telus, Garmin and Globalstar products, Vector is part of the RiiFT Wireless Group, which offers locations across Canada.
