Motorola Solutions Implements Federos Service Assurance Software

Motorola Solutions has purchased service assurance software products from Federos to enhance its managed services operations.

The Federos platform provides integrated fault, performance, topology and service management with artificial intelligence for IT operations (AIOps), machine learning and automation, enabling Motorola Solutions to simplify its global converged services environment, improve the accuracy and speed of its network operations center and implement cloud solutions that will enhance its ability to serve its global customer base.

“Federos allows our team to spend less time figuring out why an event occurred and how to fix it, which means we can focus on delivering innovating new services to meet our customers’ evolving business needs, such as cloud-based platforms to deliver text, photo and video information for improved situational awareness,” said Glenn Graves, vice president of global centralized managed support services for Motorola Solutions.
