Zetron appointed Dominick Passanante as senior vice president, operations.

In this new role, Passanante will oversee Zetron’s Integration Management Office (IMO), formed following the company’s recent acquisition by Codan, to facilitate the subsequent merger of Zetron and Codan’s existing Critical Communications line of business. Additionally, the newly merged company’s finance, IT, international operations and manufacturing functions will also roll up to Passanante.

“We are extremely pleased Dominick has joined Zetron in this exceptionally important operations management position,” said Zetron President Scott French. “Dominick brings a rich and uniquely qualified skillset to this new role, with tremendous cross functional leadership experience in highly relatable organizations and markets. Being able to add an executive of his caliber to the leadership team of our newly merged company will expedite our ability to leverage the natural synergies of the two businesses and deliver on our promise to substantially elevate the value we offer our worldwide customers as Zetron moves forward.”

Most recently, Passanante served as chief revenue officer of American Virtual Cloud Technologies, where he was responsible for sales and go-to-market strategy and execution. Prior to that role he served as vice president of sales and channel operations at Panasonic Corporation of North America, where he provided strategic guidance for the mobility reseller channel program. Under his leadership, Panasonic substantially increased its market share within the public sector and utility markets.

Passanante was named a “channel chief” by CRM magazine and Panasonic also awarded him with the company’s 2019 Performance and Innovation Award. In addition, he held numerous senior leadership positions in finance, operations, and sales spanning his 20 year career with Motorola Solutions.

“I am honored and excited to be joining Zetron at such a pivotal moment in the company’s history, as we integrate two companies, both with rich histories in providing leading communications solutions to public and commercial markets,” said Passanante. “The legacy of importance placed on teamwork, a relentless pursuit of quality, and an unwavering commitment to delivering a world class customer experience in critical communications provides a solid foundation for Zetron to grow on.”
