The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) announced 12 new members have joined it so far in 2022, including T-Mobile and companies from diverse sectors of the information and communications technology (ICT) industry.

“The reach of the ICT and telecom industry continues to expand and TIA takes very seriously our role to improve trust and performance in the networking and communications technologies on which consumers, businesses and governments depend,” said TIA CEO David Stehlin. “We welcome our new members and look forward to their contributions to our industry and our association.”
TIA continues to build and broaden its growth in membership and participation as it focuses on expanding and improving new ICT connectivity technologies and initiatives globally and in the U.S. New members include ASM Technologies, Ballinger, Celestica, Data Center Systems, Nest Technical Services, Network Connex, Telit, T-Mobile, TrueLink, Tuf-Tug, the U.S. Navy and Winchester Interconnect.
“T-Mobile is excited to join TIA, and we look forward to working with them and their members on the critical issues and opportunities for our industry,” said Steve Sharkey, vice president, government affairs, engineering and technology policy at T-Mobile.
